Rep. Barry Moore, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Alabama’s 2nd district, has shared a series of tweets expressing his views on recent political developments. Moore, who succeeded Martha Roy in 2021, has been an active voice on social media regarding issues concerning former President Donald Trump and public safety.
On November 25, 2024, Moore tweeted about a legal case involving former President Trump being dismissed: "As he should. One more politically motivated, make-believe case against President Trump dropped."
The following day, November 26, Moore addressed concerns over safety in the nation's capital with another tweet: "There is absolutely no reason that our nation's capital should ever be on any sort of 'most dangerous' list."
Later that same day, Moore commented on the accomplishments of President-elect Trump compared to those of President Biden: "President-elect Trump has accomplished more for the American people in 20 days than Biden did throughout his entire 'presidency.'"
