On November 19, 2024, Moore commended colleagues for seeking an investigation into alleged misconduct by U.S. Marshals: "I am proud of my friends @Jim_Jordan & @RepAndyBiggsAZ for urging the Inspector General to investigate the USMS's disregard of due process rights & their reckless handling of a 66-year-old woman during a false arrest in AZ. The American people deserve an explanation for the…"
