If you were impacted by the March 18-20 freeze event, we want to hear from you!!!

We are working with the department of Agriculture to determine the magnitude of damage across several crops so that we may make a case for disaster relief.

If you grow blueberries, satsumas, turf, strawberries, ornamentals, and/or other crops that resulted in total/partial crop loss due to the freeze event then please e-mail Jacob Kelley jtk0016@auburn.edu or call your local Extension off at 334-382-5111 with the following information:

1) Farm name and county

2) crops grown

3) # of acres of each crop

4) crops impacted by freeze (total loss of crop)

5) # of acres lost to freeze damage

6) estimated pounds of crop lost

7) estimated dollar value lost (before insurance claims)
