It’s Recruiting Season at Monroe County Career Technical Center

It’s recruiting season at MCCTC! Next week, we will begin visiting area public high schools and Monroeville Middle School to educate students about our programs and introduce them to our teachers. Students will have the opportunity to sign up for the following programs at our Center:

1. Agriculture 

2. Building Construction 

3. Business Information Technology 

4. Cooperative Education (support program)

5. Cosmetology

6. Health Science

7. Jobs for Alabama’s Graduates

8. JROTC

The following dual enrollment programs are also options for students to choose from:

1. Building Maintenance 

2. CDL

3. Certified Nursing Assistance 

4. Welding

**Eligibility for certain programs will depend on factors such as attendance, discipline records, grade level, and grade point average. 

Recruitment Schedule:Monday, February 13th—J.U. Blacksher High School & Monroeville Middle School 

Wednesday, February 22nd—Monroe County High School

Thursday, February 23rd—Excel High School & J.F. Shields High School
