National Technical Honor Society Held Its Induction Ceremony

National Technical Honor Society held its Induction Ceremony this morning. NTHS is an honor society for Career Tech students. To join NTHS, students must have a 3.0 or higher overall grade point average, have taken at least a full year of CTE classes, have a 3.0 or higher gpa in all CTE classes, exhibit good character and leadership skills, and receive a positive recommendation from a CTE teacher. Students in the MCCTC chapter of NTHS are all Monroe County High School students. Mrs. Shanna Taite, CTE Counselor, serves as advisor. There are also NTHS chapters at EHS, JFS, and JUB.

We would like to send a big thanks to the First Baptist Church of Monroeville for allowing the use of their facilities and to Mr. Terry Johnson who served as guest speaker!!
