CRENSHAW COUNTY SCHOOLS: COVID-19 Week 10 update - October 30, 2020

Coronavirus update920

Crenshaw County Schools issued the following announcement on Oct. 30.

Crenshaw County Schools had two students and one staff with COVID-19 symptoms.  All but one student has now been cleared to return to school. One student is still awaiting test results.

The students/staff with symptoms were on the campuses of Brantley and Highland Home School. The ADPH has been notified accordingly by the school nurse and we are following the COVID-19 guidelines set forth by the ADPH.

There have been no new COVID-19 cases this week.  To date, Crenshaw County Schools has had a total of 4 students and 4 staff members with a positive COVID-19 test result.

As always, the safety and health of our students, faculty, and staff is of the most importance.  We want to thank our students for following the guidance of our school administrators regarding wearing masks during this past week and encourage our students to continue to mask up.

Thank you for your continued support and patience during the 2020-2021 school year.
