Town of Chatom recently issued the following announcement.

WHERE: SHERIFF’S TRAINING FACILITY 17256 JORDAN ST
TIME: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Details:
You will learn about gun safety, types of firearms, how to handle, load, unload, care of your firearm, and how to store it safely as well as qualify on the range to get your “NRA Certificate”. There will be an 8 hour training class each month.
