CITY OF MONROEVILLE: Absentee Ballot arrived

Vote

City of Monroeville issued the following announcement on July 31.

The Absentee Ballot materials arrived Tuesday afternoon and we’re ready. Please be on the look out in your mailbox if you have already completed an application.

A few items for our voters - we have had over a handful of citizens come to City Hall and cast their ballots already. You must live in the city limits and be on the voters list in order to vote in our city elections.

You are welcome to come apply for a ballot at City Hall and place it in the secure ballot box and/or drop off the ballot you received on the mail.

Only the voter can apply for, or hand deliver, the ballot in person. Please have your ID available if needed for the application. We are happy to assist anyone upon request, or you can state you brought someone to assist you.

The secure ballot box is locked in our vault every night and will only be opened by our dedicated poll workers on Election Day after 12pm at the Water Tower.

All of our PPE is in for our Poll Workers and voters who plan to attend the polls on Election Day - August 25!
