A former member of the Alabama House of Representatives from 2010 to 2018, Moore continues to engage with constituents through platforms like Twitter.

On May 4, 2025, Rep. Barry Moore shared his enthusiasm for joining NewsNation at “1pm eastern” where he planned to discuss President Trump’s achievements with tariffs and the broader impact on America’s global standing. He encouraged followers not to miss this discussion by stating: “Excited to join @NewsNation at 1pm eastern to discuss the success President Trump is having with tariffs and how he is making America respected again! Don’t forget to tune in!”

Later that day, Moore shared a Bible verse from James 1:5 on Twitter, reflecting on wisdom and divine guidance: “If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him.”

The following day on May 5, Moore directed his audience towards his latest column which discusses President Trump’s efforts in fulfilling campaign promises while challenging Washington bureaucrats. Barry Moore was born in Coffee County, Alabama in 1966 and currently resides in Enterprise. He graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1992.
