On May 10, Moore shared a Mother’s Day message, stating: “Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mothers across Alabama! I want to wish my amazing mom a very Happy Mother’s Day. Moore has served in Congress since 2021 after succeeding Martha Roy as representative for Alabama’s 2nd district. He previously held office in the Alabama House of Representatives from 2010 to 2018 and holds a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University (1992).
