Rep. Barry Moore, who represents Alabama’s 2nd district in the U.S. Congress, recently posted a series of messages on his official X (formerly Twitter) account addressing national events and expressing support for various causes.

On August 25, 2025, Moore wrote: “President Trump is fighting for these families to get the answers they deserve. God bless them and his leadership.”

The following day, on August 26, he posted: “Make Cracker Barrel great again!”

On August 27, Moore addressed a recent tragedy in Minneapolis with a call for prayers: “I hope you will join Heather and I in praying for the victims of the horrific shooting in Minneapolis and their loved ones. May God be with them.”

Barry Moore has served as a member of the U.S. Congress since 2021 after replacing Martha Roy. Before his tenure in Congress, he was a member of the Alabama House of Representatives from 2010 to 2018. Born in Coffee County, Alabama in 1966, Moore resides in Enterprise and graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1992.
