On Saturday, March 1, former Opp High School standout GraceAnne Spears’ current college team, the Georgia Southwestern State Hurricanes, won 3-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Augusta Jaguars.
The game took place at Lady Canes Softball Field. This was their third matchup against the Jaguars this season.
The Hurricanes’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 3 p.m. at Lady Canes Softball Field against Montevallo Falcons.
