Representative Barry Moore, who serves Alabama’s 2nd district in the U.S. Congress, recently posted a series of tweets expressing support for President Trump and sharing personal reflections on faith.

On August 10, 2025, Moore wrote, “President Trump’s first 200 days have been nothing short of remarkable. Looking forward to seeing what we can accomplish for the American people next with his bold leadership!” Later that same day, he shared a biblical quotation: “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” – Romans 12:2

The following day, on August 11, Moore reiterated his endorsement of former President Trump’s policies by posting: “Thankful for President Trump’s commitment to making America safe again! “

Barry Moore has represented Alabama’s 2nd congressional district since 2021 after succeeding Martha Roy. Before serving in Congress, he was a member of the Alabama House of Representatives from 2010 to 2018. Born in Coffee County in 1966 and currently residing in Enterprise, Moore earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University in 1992.
