U.S. Representative Barry Moore, who serves Alabama’s 2nd district, posted a series of statements on his official X account from November 14 to November 16, 2025, addressing national policy issues and sharing a religious message.

On November 14, Moore credited the President for lowering Thanksgiving costs: “Thanks to @POTUS, Thanksgiving will cost less this year. President Trump continues to deliver for the American people!”

The following day, he highlighted legislative progress regarding immigration enforcement: “My bill to immediately deport illegals who commit DUIs passed the House and is now in the Senate. Now that Democrats have given up their fight against reopening the government, we can continue making America safer!”

On November 16, Moore shared a Bible verse with his followers: “Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.” – Colossians 3:16

Barry Moore has represented Alabama’s 2nd District in Congress since 2021 after succeeding Martha Roy. He previously served in the Alabama House of Representatives from 2010 to 2018. Born in Coffee County in 1966 and currently residing in Enterprise, Moore graduated from Auburn University in 1992.
