Rep. Barry Moore, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Alabama’s 2nd district since 2021, recently posted several messages on his social media account addressing topics ranging from education and border policy to birthday wishes for Vice President JD Vance.

On August 1, 2025, Moore stated: “No more indoctrinating your children and funding leftist propaganda outlets with your tax dollars! President Trump just keeps winning.”

The following day, on August 2, he wrote: “Happy Birthday to Vice President JD Vance! Thank you for your unwavering commitment to the American people!”

Later that same day, Moore posted about immigration policy: “This is what happens when we trust President Trump’s proven border policies!”

Moore has represented Alabama’s 2nd District in Congress since replacing Martha Roy in 2021. Prior to his current role, he served in the Alabama House of Representatives from 2010 to 2018. Born in Coffee County, Alabama in 1966 and currently residing in Enterprise, Moore graduated from Auburn University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree.
